MEET NIKI

Welcome and thank you for looking at my website. I have been teaching in the fitness industry for 25 years, firstly as an aerobics instructor, teaching dance, body conditioning, step, body pump, spin and aqua and working with a diet and fitness group, combining nutrition and fitness. I am passionate about the benefits of movement and exercise for us all both mentally and physically.

Having loved the fun element of combining movements and music , I was also interested more and more in how the body worked from the inside. As I got older my body changed and I looked to adding a holistic approach to my teaching. 18 years ago I found PILATES, and have established myself as an enthusiastic, passionate instructor, forever grateful to be able to share what I love to do. I love the rewards I have found from watching people improve in so many ways through their pilates classes, and my passion and beliefs in its benefits continue to grow and shine through in my enthusiasm for this discipline of fitness.

My experience with choreography means I am able to keep the classes varied and above all fun, it is so important that when you are working out that however hard it may feel ,you always feel better for it. As I am now entering my fifties I am very interested in womens well being, adding menopause, pelvic floor issues, bone loading activities and strength training to my classes, always keeping it fun and accessible for everybody to achieve.
